You will go and collect it at the nearest post office close to your house.

You will pay custom fee not more than #500 but nobody as a way to make it lesser. You might be lucky to pay #200.

Ali Express is not risky, most of us bought from there. If I may advice, why not go for A3 pro with andriod 9.0 at #27K?
