The House resolution will still needs approval from the Republican-controlled US Senate Potus Trump also has within his presidential powers to veto the measure!!!! Even if the resolution were to pass through the Senate which is impossible, considering the hardliners trump circles in the Republicans are currently domicile there.. the constitution gives the president the right to allow him use the military for a limited number of days!!!
