I will make this as simple as possible for u guys:

A state govnr is in charge of his state, a minister is in charge of his office that deals with every state of the federation.

A minister of education can say we shall operate a 3-4-5 system of eduction and all the state commissioners who are answerable to the state govnr must comply.

The state will work on regulations while the law will still prevail.

A Govnr seems higher than a minister because he is not answerable to a minster, but indirectly, he is.

Take for example, if the finance minister says all state accounts must be audited every month, no state govnr will refuse to comply. Their finance commissioners must submit an audit of the state to the ministry of finance. The audit must have the ascent of the state govnr so, indirectly, a state govnr answered to a minister.

Think abt it.

So, in recapitulation, a govnr cannot override a minister's order, but a minister can override a state's regulation as long as it doesn't confirm with the laws laid down thru his office.

In a federation or in unitary government?

I Was in this house 2011 after Rochas won election. Spibat has been in existence so many years ago . He bought the property from an estate development company that designed and built owerri. The company personnel lived there. In 2003, when he contested for the presidency, he operated from there as his presidential campaign lodge.

2014 December, I went to spibat, I couldn't recognize the place again. He built the ranch in over 400 plots of land with a conference hall of over 5000 capacity, with a presidential lodge, with everything a presidential palace could have.


I was asking how he got the land, a close government official told me he grabbed the land from their original owners after paying them stipends which is not worth of the land.


One big problem with Rochas is that he's greedy when it comes to land issues. In short, give Rochas properties and take all the whole cash.

No body rigged Presidential election here. I voted for GMB against the popular wishes here and I still stand by it. Gej won convincingly here without interruption.

PDP lost Imo State thrice because they denied Ararume ticket thrice.


If you doubt me , it's your concern .

Rochas was happy when ihedioha won the ticket.

Ararume is known in every nook and cranny of Imo State. He still pays his supporters salary every month. He still call them on phone. He is still very much closer to them than any politician in Imo State.

Destiny Campaign Organization of Ararume was collapsed into Rescue Mission at the eleventh hour after Rochas promised him governor, 2019.

Ararume would have won Rochas with a wide margin .

I've called inec office, told them about my special case of ballots boxes snatching in my polling unit 26, 27, 28, 29 in the same place at ward 4, Aba south lga.

I know the guys that did it, I can take anybody who cares to them. The shot in the air, every body ran aware, the took the election materials and zoomed off. I think the adhoc stAff are one of them.

This thing happened in the Aba metropolis and in several polling units.


Apga won Abia election

No right thinking Abian will vote anything PDP.


May I use this opportunity to report to the world on the security threats and time bomb waiting to happen which might be bigger than boko haram. T. A. Orji has boys, they don't work, no business, but the receive money from the govt . He gave them cars as youth empowerment as disguise but the are election thugs, the sell Indian hemps openly , you dare not challenge them cos the work for the government.

The have dangerous weapons. I wish the NSA can read this and act on it. I can prove it if called upon any time, any day.

I voted at Aba south , ward 4, unit 27, which has 26,28 ,29 .

During the vote counting, apga was leading with a wide margin , PDP thugs whom are well known in the area, came shooting in the air, voters n adhoc staff ran aware, they thugs made aware with the electoral materials.


From my friends, that stays at umunagabo LGA says there was no election. But pdp submitted result to inec.


Alen nwachukwu, a former Osisioma LGA chairman and PDP stalwart has about six polling unit inside his house. He writes results for PDP.


In a clear and fair elections, pdp can't get upto 20000 votes.



Obingwa lga has been the rigging spot for Abia politicians. Its d LGA where Abaribe , Ikpeazu, many ngwa politicians come from. During voters registration, the used buses to take Aba residents to go and register in the LGA due to the crowd in Aba metropolis. Now, during election, many voters will not turn out, the will write the result for their candidate.

Obingwa can never have more voters than Aba south.

Fact is that Owelle is a grassroots politician though he is not perfect but I believe he's better than Udenwa, Ohakim, and ihedioha.

Imolites should thank their God that ihedioha didn't win the election, they would have sacked most people in government and other offices and replace them with their mbaise brothers n sisters.

Our former parish priest is an mbaise man, he can to our church, sacked every casual workers, replace them with his kins.

He was building estate in mbaise with church money.
