Please,i actually made an error while uploading my passport on my NOUN portal,i have tried everything I could personally do to change it but i cannot.
I have even tried calling the NOUNMIS unit the number does not connect least talk of ringing,i also have sent them several emails as provided on the website,but non was ever responded to,this give me a though if the institute is not a ponzi scheme?!

But,i would appreciate if your can help me on how to change the passport photo i erroneously uploaded unto my portal page.

Please help me with the best lightening lotion/cream for my case.

I used carowhite for over 4 years with Dettol cool soap,and my skin was fine.Not until 2016 that I started turning very dark.A friend recommended Carotone(BSC) dark spot corrector,which got me too fair,and later acne on my forehead.So I stopped and got Nivea Natural Fairness to continue the fairness of my skin.To my greatest surprise,i got so dark that I could recognise myself in the mirror.
So,i continued using the Nivea on my body while Carotone on my face.because my wedding is close,i need to get my glow back.I still use Dettol cool all these while.

Please,i really need you to prescribe a very good and affordable lotion/cream,withoout hydroquinnine,that will lighten my skin back to its glowing.

Pls, i was fair when I was younger using caro white,after 4 yrs I started getting dark.Then the caroten dark spot corrector was recommended by a friend.I became fair again after 1 month,then acne started on my forehead and i stoped,my face became very dark.I used nivea natural fairness,but after 1 month it doesnt help.
Help a brother witha recommended and tested body lotion/cream that will bring back my fairness and glow back to my skin,and it should not contain hydroquinnon(as it has damaged my skin).
Please,please,and please!!!

My tiger generator TG2700 just stop generating light even being running.What do i do to get it generating light again?Is it to change the capacitor(28uF 350v)?...if yes,can I go for a higher capacitor,for instance same 28uF but 450v?
