I have done similar things like this before, but it has been always hijacked and the source forgotten. Fyi, 90% + of us live in a south westerly axis 100 km either side of the railway line. Why build highways beyond Garissa when the population density is so low? Nowadays though the all the Northern towns are connected via tarmac.

Agreed. He was granted bail on all the charges. Had anything been outstanding during the proceedings, the judge would have ordered he be reminded in the DSS custody. Were the counts for which he was charged made by the DSS or the court?

In case you don't know, it's very illegal to arrest an accused while still in court premises for whatever reasons. They ought to have waited outside for him. This govt is just body setting a bad precedence. Nigeria isn't a banana republic. Not even in the military era did this ever happen.

You were just granted bail, you've been citing threats to your life before that time , since the court has granted you bail, it ought to have been respected by any sane govt. What happened next? While within the court premises , he sighted gun-wielding men rushing at him, which had never happened in the history of judiciary. And he went back into the courtroom and the idiots disrespected our constitution and went in with him. It's very wrong. Arrests cannot be made in the court premises. Theybougjtbtobhave waited for him outside, had he committed another offence minutes after the bail was granted. Amazingly he didn't commit new offence that could have warranted a breach of bail conditions granted. Whether you consider him after PMB or not is immaterial. I'm not his fan either. Until we see black and call its right colour in Nigeria, we're going nowhere.

he has many counts of charges,i remember readin around 8 charges against him....

so they can arrest him over and over again till all charges are finish....
