LIGHTS OUT (2016)....After "Don't Breathe" we have another cool rocking thriller dat would put u once again on d edge and get ur heart pumping fast. 7/10. Thriller lovers...u'd wanna check dis out. Mind u, James Wan, d producer, was d same guy DAT produced "Insidious" and the "Saw" series. Lights Out is completely out of dis world, excellent thriller.

however, i think those burglars are not smart, what happened to distracting the guy with sounds (throwing things in opp direction), anyway, 9ja burglars wont hesitate to kill the dude on first sighting, those guys were just shocked and confused as he was blind.

good movie though.

The lady was lucky, she escaped seconds b4 d cops arrived. The veteran really had no choice but to do his utmost best. Those burglars underestimated his capability, they thought they had come up against a defenceless blind man, only one held a weapon and he was even d first to die, d one who threatened to shoot him. I think they were confused, but I never expected dem to be confused to d point of not knowing what to do, talk about zero survival instinct. Nice thriller.

First of all, as u asserted, he's a psychopath. But if u want to be realistic, if a blind man's house was broken into and he was in d house when it happened and had a firearm, of course it's natural to defend oneself.

You're welcome. We all wished d same, but in d eyes of d law (according to d movie ending) people saw him as being d victim whose house was broken into, imagine d irony? The face of d lady when she saw on tv dat d blind man survived was priceless.

DEAR ELEANOR (2016) (Drama). Watched it after seeing d trailer, didn't expect too much from the start. A very lively and light-hearted road trip movie, set forth from the '60s era. One thing i liked about d movie were d dialogues in each scene. Not until d 50th minute dat I knew Jessica Alba featured in d movie, her role as a stage performer was brief but nice as it added more flavour to d movie. 7/10. If drama isn't ur genre u may not find it interesting.
