How is Trump packing the court? Did he create or add any additional number of judges or justices positions to the ones already established before he was elected? Trump is only doing his constitional duties and filling any vacancy that opens in the courts as a result of retirements or deaths. Democrats are the ones who are talking about packing the courts.

The constitution doesn't limit the number of Supreme court justices we can have but what of the process of packing the courts? You might choose to call it expanding the courts but pack the courts is what it is. Whatever process they chose to go about it with is certainly going to be challenged in court.
