It's no longer surprising the way they react when confronted with the truth. The thing is that they just don't love it when it's coming from Trump - because they hate him in the first place, from day one. That being said, when NK does threatening actions the left are silent, but as soon as President Trump reacts sternly, regardless of the choice of words used, They freak out. Do you know that the likes of Bill Clinton and Obama also issued stern warnings/threat to the same NK in the past and no one in the media or even liberals themselves freaked out? Liberal hypocrisy is certainly out of bounds. Bottom line is, President Trump should ignore these detractors and cowardly fools. NK needs to be communicated with the language that they can understand, and Trump is doing just that.

I think you just misunderstood my entire comments. All I meant was That Trump was right to send a message to NK that the US won't back down if they continue to threaten the US. No one is asking for the US to sit back and accept the threats but international diplomacy is way more than making threats and counter threats. A threat of nuclear annihilation is not what the World nor the Korean peninsula needs right now. And in as much as everyone thinks Kim Jong Un is a crazy, you need to understand that he knows very well that he cannot go into war with the United States. His bluster is for his people to see him as a strong man, it's all propaganda. Yes they have developed the tech but they will not use it because they know the retaliation will be devestating. When was the last time you heard Russia threatening with nuclear weapons? Nuclear war is a zero sum game and may give the worst type of pyrrhic victory.

The US should be focusing on what it already started making China which has something of a big brother relationship with North Korea, to put pressure on the NK regime to keep them in line. Continue to push through the UN either for disarmament or at least non aggression treaties.

Your take on international diplomacy is spot on. At least a solution is proferred. This North Korean threat unfortunately had been ignored over the past decades by successive administrations. President Trump finds himself in an awkward position where tough decisions would and have to be made. Our duty is to pray for him so he makes the right one to avoid any further military escalations, not only for America's benefit but for the rest of the world.
