Jonathan is for 'Thesis while Buhari is for 'Composition'

How can one compare ordinary Buhari WAEC to Jonathan's Doctorate degree certificate. Even with that Buhari's poor WAEC result he can not get any good job outside north talk less of getting the post of the President of Nigeria in a democratic setting.

It seems where ever the wind blows we find Femi Fani-Kayode, and this time its clear to every Nigerian that he is doing the bidding of his master President Goodluck Jonathan.

Femi-Fani in an onslaught of verbal attacks has demanded that the presidential candidate Buhari “Withdraw From The Election Now And Report To The Nearest Police Station”.

“Buhari is not a Nigerian citizen, he is from Dogondoutchi Town in Dosso Niger Republic, he must be disqualified for contravening section 28 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria”.

Chief Femi Fani-Kayode is the Director of Media and Publicity of the Peoples Democratic Party Presidential Campaign Organization.

The bigger question is:  Was GEJ even right to appoint Femi Fani to speak for him?

It is arguable with Fani-Kayode’s given appointment if President Jonathan is really interested in fighting corruption.

Fani-Kayode is currently being prosecuted by the EFCC for alleged corruption.

It was claimed that Fani-Kayode stole N19.5 billion of the Aviation Intervention Fund but the courts case was thrown out for lack of evidence.

In 2008, Keyamo filed a bogus 47-count money laundering case on behalf of the Farida Waziri-led EFCC in which he claimed that Chief Fani-Kayode had laundered N200m, this was reduced from N200m to N99 on 40 counts of which 38 were recently thrown out.

“The remaining two counts, which represent N1m each, are to be defended on February 23rd and 24th.”

All this from a man, who only last year declared support for ODUDUWA REPUBLIC which calls for the divide of Nigeria

Please let us call a spade a spade. How can we elect a man that publicly threatened to make Nigeria ungovernable and continued to use his brothers from Dongondoutchi town in Dosso Niger Repubic to perpetuate evil in the name of Boko haram . Nigerians should rise to the challenge and defend Nigeria through their votes. It is now clear that a vote for GMB is a vote for Boko haram

Plans by President Goodluck Jonathan and his team to scuttle the general elections scheduled for February have come to light, with National Security Adviser Sambo Dasuki openly calling for postponement of the elections.

Sambo spoke at a Chattam House lecture in London, offering the excuse that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has not distributed Permanent Voters Cards across the country as was expected.

SaharaReporters had reported several months ago that President Goodluck Jonathan was reluctant to hold national elections because his popularity had dwindled considerably and he feared losing the election.

In the last few days, as the popularity of General Muhammadu Buhari for the presidency has grown, Mr. Jonathan has spent vast sums of money mobilizing people to call for the postponement of the elections.

INEC spokesperson, Kayode Idowu told SaharaReporters today that INEC was not aware of Col. Dasuki’s suggestion, and that the elections will hold as scheduled.

Several sources connected to the presidency told SaharaReporters that President Jonathan wants the elections to be postponed for at least six months, a period that will enable him to appoint a new INEC chairman of his liking to oversee the elections. Professor Attahiru Jega’s tenure expires in July 2015.

With Jega out of the way, Jonathan would appoint another INEC chairman who would further postponement of the election.

SaharaReporters sources stated that President Jonathan is seriously considering an “Interim Government of National Unity” that would elongate his tenure till 2017. That would mean he spends eight years in power as President, the equivalent of two terms.

In 2011 as he assumed office, his first effort was to call for a new six-year term arrangement, which was shot down by Nigerians. He also recently attempted to smuggle in a new constitution by the back door through the National Conference.

What a nonsense rumor. With Jonathan's growing popularity especially with the recent reduction in fuel pump price one would expect him to want the election concluded earlier than scheduled.

Jonathan is over pushing his luck. I thought they said Buhari is a serial loser and would certainly lose this time as well. What's with all the clandestine manoeuvrings to frustrate him?? Certainly even Jonathan himself could see his end is nigh. If he thinks he's gonna stand alone in this contest like he did in the PDP "coronation" he's got another thing coming.

I know enormous pressure would be mounted on the Military not to release the said certs given that they come under the command of the president, but one thing they should know is the chaos that would ensue upon tinkering with disqualification of Buhari would make the subsidy protests look like a new yam festival!!

Jonathan should put a leash on his desperation. Nigeria is bigger than his ambition!

Off course Nigeria is bigger than any individual, but it's only the big minds that can effectively pilot the affairs of this country and not those that are still looking for their certificates

Nigeria is a great Nation and cannot be governed by people whose educational qualifications are questionable.

APC is already frustrated. They fielded a sick presidential candidate. Please Aso Rock is not a morgue.
