I've done some research and I came to the conclusion that usually people create their CVs based on responsibilities and not achievements.

My goal is to create a DB with CVs (a website providing an online CV form) based on the sections from http://templateforfree.com/how-to-build-my-resume/.

It would be very helpful if you could help me responding to the following questions:

- Would you prefer using an online CV form with examples for each section.
- Would you like someone to improve your CV based on your expertise (cosmetize your CV)? And here let me refer to the fact that you complete the online CV form and someone from the site's team comes with improvements for you (not sure if it notifies you and you make the changes or it notifies you giving the posibility to automaticaly update your CV based on improvements)?
- Would you pay a fee for someone to find you suitable jobs and apply for you?
