Alright. First is, doesn't the bible teach forgiveness and shuns against favouritism? If so, why did Elijah command beasts to eat up little kids who called him a bald headed man instead of him getting hold of the rod and striking them with it as a measure of correction? And why then did God not also simply eliminate aaron and his wife for squaring up against moses? I mean what's the essence of telling christians to practise the habit of forgiveness, if a prophet of God couldn't do same?

If u go back in time to Genesis, u will see God relating with man on the basis of grace. Case in point, Adam and Eve sinned but God never punished them, rather he came down to them and even killed an animal to cloth them.

CAIN killed Abel and God never punished Cain rather he placed a mark on Cain so that no one wud kill him. Abraham was an Idol worshipper but God still called him and blessed him and his descendants.

All was well untill Man asked for the law. The law came to expose the faults of man and each fault stipulated punishments. How ever Jesus came to fulfill the requirement of the law cos man was helpless as Regards the law.

The bible is self contradictory. Many places don't add up.

The Bible is far from being self contradictory.. Mention ur perceived gray areas and we shall clarify them

I Timothy 6:16 says God is alone is immortal and he dwells in a place of unapproachable light where no man can see
