Just asking . Trump tasked Bill Barr to declass documents relating to Spygate and Clinton Email Espionage. What we dont know is whether those documents that he took away were documents that Barr gave him as already declassified.
Right now he is not on good terms with Barr ( Trump has a temper tantrum I know which is not good) so it depends on Bill Barr

The appeals decision was a good (not too hard) read for anyone interested in the background(factual record) of the Mar a largo case and US laws regarding the search and classified documents. The appeals court basically took apart the rational for the District court's (Judge Cannon) ruling piece by piece. Showed how much of a hack she was (getting basic Law wrong) and how much in the tank for Trump she was. Btw, the ruling was 3-0 (including two Trump appointees).

Its good most of these cases are being adjudged by courts so they won't say it's conspiracy and what not, most of these judges are conservatives too

Lets say I do not know. When NY sues the defedants (Trump ++) they will be the plaintiffs and the Jury gets to return a verdict .
