Based on this "evidence" a court in New York in a civil trial found Trump to have been guilty of "sexual battery". How they were able to achieve this given the fact that sexual battery is a crime and in crime the standard of proof is much higher than in civil cases, nobody has ever been able to explain.

I know that rape is a very sensitive issue, but I also know that rape as a crime has the highest incidents of false reports.

Did Donald Trump rape Elizabeth Jean Carroll in that department store in 1996? I don't know. Only God and the two persons involved actually know where the truth lies.

But I am not going to turn a blind eye to the fact that if this had been any other person than Donald Trump, neither you or I would have heard of E.J Carroll because her case would never have made it to court.
