A group of youths in Ubeji community in Warri South Local Government Area of Delta State, under the umbrella of Ubeji Youth and Employment Development Organization, has imposed some sanctioned against ladies in the area for what they termed in indecent dressing.

The group, which tagged, the exercise ‘War Against Indecent Dressing’, is subjecting the suspected offenders to canning or fines as alternative punishments. The victims were compelled to pay fines as high as N10,000 or receive 40 strokes of the cane.

BBC reported that the discovery of the suspicious powder in the West Wing led to a brief evacuation on Sunday night after Secret Service agents found it in an area that was accessible to tour groups while doing a routine inspection.
