A group of youths in Ubeji community in Warri South Local Government Area of Delta State, under the umbrella of Ubeji Youth and Employment Development Organization, has imposed some sanctioned against ladies in the area for what they termed in indecent dressing. The group, which tagged, the exercise ‘War Against Indecent Dressing’, is subjecting the suspected offenders to canning or fines as alternative punishments.
