Hello, I am low on unit on my prepaid meter and there is light. but after inserting the token codes, it displays rF- Con. Please anyone with similar issue and a possible solution?

Also, my dad prepaid Conlog prepaid meter keeps showing "AAAAAAAAAAaaa" whenever i try to recharge it. They've not had light for months coz of this error. Any solution please?
