Nigeria, Malawi and Zambia are all tied at 6 points.

First tie breaker is H2H and it won't suffice as Malawi beat Nigeria, Nigeria beat Zambia and Zambia is currently beating Malawi.

Next tie breaker is Goal Difference, but only amongst the 3 teams in consideration. What that means is that the game against Egypt won't count. Only the hands between the 3 teams will be considered. Nigeria's GD is 0 and already settled as we are the only team that has played the other 2 teams. Zambia currently has +1 and Malawi has -1. As it stands Malawi is out and Zambia tops the group.

Basically, the only way for Nigeria to qualify is just to score more goals than Malawi had.
