Phones › Re: What Is Wrong With Airtel Network Lately?! by ocdeut(m): 4:21pm On May 15 |
Kelklein: It's been terrible lately, even in city centres of FCT..
It s difficult to stream with.
It's difficult to use with a Google Map. It told me GPS signal lost for more than 10 times over a distance of just a 3km trip..
It can't connect on Zoom, Zoho, or Meet online meetings
Video calls is a no-no.. it lags more than 10 times for a one minute call..
I almost lost an online interview today because it just won't connect even when I had over 30Gb of Data balance. I had to quickly switch to another network that was what saved me.
It's been this way for months non end now🤔🤔
Are they aware the network is this terrible around the FCT..?!
Mods pls take this as far as possible.. let it get to them I thought this is happening only in MTN. Honestly I guess it is worse with MTN. So annoying BC there is never a time it can be used for anything online. |

Dtruthspeaker: Banks are Thieves.
For why should I give my money to another person to keep for me?
It is them who caused home armed robberies to force people to then give up their monies.
And it is because of this stealing is why they created govt to ensure that next of kin (nok) does directly continue use of the money even their names are in the bank forms.
Surely they cannot miss hel Even as you give them to keep, going to take your money by transfer is now being tax. I might transfer money again. Pls all should take note |

This isn't even about insecurity anymore, it's about the lack of humanity among Nigerians. How you can kill someone so easily without any fear or pity is what I don't understand.
May God save Nigeria from this wickedness and evil. Honestly it is alarming. They want to make blood money and whatever goes around comes around. |
Politics › Re: Cows Stroll Around Streets Of Owerri: Pictures by ocdeut(m): 8:37pm On Jun 27, 2025 |
Avedonn: What is wrong with that? Not all Fulani people are wicked. If you’re fortunate enough to meet the kind ones, they might even gift you fresh milk as a gesture of goodwill.
The real issue lies in our tendency to stereotype all Fulani as evil because of the atrocities committed by a few, and this generalization is not only unfair but also ignore the peaceful coexistence of Fulani communities in other parts of West and Central Africa.
Do you know that Fulani constitute a significant population in countries like Senegal, Mali, Niger, Burkina Faso, Guinea-Bissau, Guinea-Conakry, Gabon, Cameroon, the Central African Republic, and Mauritania? Yet, you rarely hear about ethnic conflicts involving them in these regions.
The Fulani problem appears to be peculiar to Nigeria, and this raises an important question Why is Nigeria different The root of the crisis is due to two major issues:
1. Cattle Rustling in Northern Nigeria In states like Zamfara, Katsina, Sokoto, and Kebbi, the conflict began with Hausa cattle rustlers targeting Fulani herdsmen. This led to a cycle of retaliation, with the Fulani pursuing vengeance against not only the rustlers but also entire communities.
2. Farmers Herders Clashes in Central and Eastern Nigeria. For instance, In Benue, Taraba, and parts of Eastern Nigeria, the problem is different. Here, Fulani cattle often destroy farmers crops, leading to confrontations. When farmers retaliate by harming the cattle or even the herders the Fulani respond with brutal force and aspect of the Fulani is their long memory for grievances; they do not forgive easily and will retaliate no matter how much time has passed.
Sometimes, the locals may have even forgotten the initial offense, but the Fulani will return to settle the score.
I was also told that in the past, if Fulani cattle damaged a farmer’s crops, the victim could report the issue to the Fulani leader Ardo who would ensure fair compensation. This has helped maintain peace before things escalated into the violence we see today.
True, some Fulani groups have indeed been involved in violent acts, but it is important to avoid blanket judgments.
I think knowing the causes rather than outright condemnation of the entire Fulani ethic group is the first step toward finding lasting solutions to the crisis between the locals and Fulanis in some parts of the country. You are very wrong. What is Farmers Herders clash? Pls let's stop garnishing it to look like clash when Fulani's invade our territories. It is an invasion and not clash |

OriOko88: Arsenal will win it. Any team that beats Madrid usually wins the trophy. E.g. Chelsea and man city. We will win this trophy. Even barca or psg can't stop us. Psg don already collect from us in group stage I doubt with barca form. Anyway nothing is impossible. This one everybody is writing off Madrid is too early. If barca can overturned five goals with psg. Nothing impossible. Two early goals will send shivering everywhere in first half |

This is why Nigeria will forever be where it is. Kangaroo committee that was set up on Monday, finished it's investigation on Thursday morning, dished out suspension that Thursday evening. Is four days enough for any reasonable investigation or findings not to talk of an incriminating matter of such magnitude.
