CHAPTER 5

Father thank you for all you have done,for strengthning me to be able to complete this 3 days dry fasting today,

may all glory and adoration be ascribed unto you alone in Jesus name amen..

Pst Emma concluded his prayer with the loudest amen his strength could voice out.
Then straightaway, he went to the bathroom to freshen up and have some fruit in order to prepare his immune system for the normal food..

"Son,go and visit chief Andrew,once you are done with all you are doing!!!".

He heard the spirit of God whisper to him..

Hmmm,hope all is well with him?,Pst Emma asked..

"Yes all is well with, just go and see him!!!"
He heard the spirit of God spoke to him again....

At Chief Andrew house,
Chief could be seen sitting down in his parlour and going through some documents,when Pst Emma walked in and greeted him.

Good afternoon daddy! Pst Emma said with a bow, (because that is what their relationship has grown into,a father and son relationship)

Ahh, Emma my son,how are you doing today?

Am doing very well daddy and you?

Am fine my son,infact it's God that just brought you now,

like i have been trying to get through to my driver,but his number is not connecting and I had wanted him to drive me down town to get this documents signed(pointing to the document on the table),

because I will be traveling with them tomorrow morning, Chief said with a tone of gratitude..

That's not a problem daddy,I can drive you there if you wish!!

Ahh,wish ke,

Chief Andrew exclaimed, son if wishes were horses,I will be the first beggar to ride on it now,chief said and both of them started laughing..

There is the car key,chief said to Pst Emma while pointing to the key on the glass fancy center table,and permit me to go up and change...

your own is just to find a woman,present to me as your wife to be,then leave the rest for me,

Chief Andrew said to Pst Emma as they were driving down the busy road of Treasure Avenue...

Well daddy,am seriously working towards that,and I believe that very soon I will be presenting my bride to be,first to you and then to the world..

Well let that soon be as early as 6am tomorrow morning,Chief said and both of them started laughing..


Look for a chance in front of that blue Jeep and park,am going to that upstairs beside,Chief said to Pst Emma.

Okay sir,Pst Emma replied as he skilfully navigated his way in front of the blue jeep,and matched the break..

Okay son,you can wait for me in the car,while i go get this done with,I will be back shortly,Chief said as he opened the door and alighted the vehicle..

Not up to five minutes that Chief Andrew went into the building, Pst Emma came down from the vehicle to go buy some snack and keep himself busy,

And just then a shout was heard,and speedily coming was a car that has lost control, and the sound of a a car hand break was heard and

"Gbua"

it was a crash,and people started shouting and running to the scene of the crash and lo and behold a young man in his early 30s was seen on the floor stretching and gasping for breath,and before people could rush to him,he gave up the ghost.

Chapter 4

Hello,guy where are you naa,(Desmond fired through the phone) its this your slow slow movement that is always giving me issues with you,like you are coming and hunger wants to finish somebody's only son here...


Am here joor,Frank spoke from behind,as he laughs at Desmond, and me the only issue I have with you is this your impatient character,like is this what your wife will suffer in your hands tomorrow,Frank added jokingly while still laughing..



Oga that one is your concern,the only thing that is still keeping me from getting you arrested right now is because of the new eatry you promised to take me to,eeh,if not,you for dey cell for attempted murder through hunger.



Hahahahhaha,they both laughed as they made their way to Desmond's car which was just packed a few meters from them...



Desmond matched the brake as they got to the mama put joint,and with a frown on his face he said to frank, is this where you brought me to come eat?,


Don't worry bro,I know that face already,but believe you me,after testing Mama Adaeze food,you will make this place your regular breakfast,lunch and dinner joint,believe me when I tell you this, Frank said with a smile on his..

This your assumptions better be true oo,if not you will have me to contend with,infact why am I even wasting my time,let's strike a deal,If their food is as good as you make it look,then I will pay for our meals,but if it is not,you will not only pay for the meal,you will also have to put back the fuel with which I drove down here with, do we have a deal?, Desmond said sticking out his little last finger..

Inside the restaurant, a beautiful fair radiating young lady who was in her 20s could be seen behind the counter and dishing out a hot mouth watering jollof rice from inside the cooler for a customer,and she handed over the rice to their little sales girl to go and give to the customer,while she attends to the man standing before her with a red food flask in his hand..

Ada Ada,I wonder when this your kind gesture towards my wife, who happens to be your friend will eventually end, the man said.

Daddy Choima,good afternoon oo,I don't know what you are talking about oo,Adaeze objected jokingly while collecting the food flask from him,pls papa choima,how is my friend doing and what does she want to eat today?Adaeze asked papa chioma.

Well she said she needs her usual which is your sweet ever ready to satisfy jollof rice,with a little beans,that's all,papa chioma said..

Okay just give me some minutes,Adaeze said as she starts putting the food into the food flask,then she handed over the flask back to papa Chioma,with a smile that reveals her white shining full set gap teeth..

Aah,but Adaeze,I never mentioned meat,how come this huge meat is looking out me from inside this flask?, papa Chioma asked with a surprised look on his face..

Well that is a gift for the little baby in the womb.
Adaeze said still smiling,please papa Chioma come and be going so that you don't keep my friend hungry,and let me also attend to other customers, Adaeze said still smiling...

Hmm,is like that young lady never stops smiling,Desmond whispered to his friend.

Who!!, Frank asked looking around to see the young lady he was referring to.

I mean the beautiful girl behind the food counter, like, i have been observing her since we entered here,and it seem as if those beautiful smile,never left those beautiful face, Desmond said with a tone of captivity.

Hmm, Mr observer we are here to eat and not observe, better mind yourself ooo, Frank said with serious look on his face,and beckoning upon the sales girl, dear pls come and take our orders..


Take which order!,Desmond asked Frank with a stern face,turning to the girl,please don't worry,am going to place the order myself. With that said he stood up and made his way towards the counter where Adaeze was standing..


Hello Beauty,Desmond said to Adaeze with his most sophisticated weapon which his innocent tender baby face as he got to the counter,hoping Adaeze would take a notice of it,and if possible fall for it...


Good afternoon to you handsome,welcome to "Mama Adaeze food joint" please what can I offer you, his royal Majesty,Adaeze said with a smile on his face..

Desmond was taken back,because no one has ever beaten him to this game of flattering,talk more of a young lady.

Okay I will do just that my dear,Desmond said still trying to be in charge,as he makes his way back to his sit,where frank was already sitted and hungrily waiting..

Guy I have found my missing rib, Desmond said to frank,as someone intoxicated with wine..

I don't understand!!,Frank said to his friend..

Guy,I mean I have finally found my wife,Desmond said with a tone of Confidence..

Hmm!!,young man I know what is happening with you,but let me eat and have strength first.with that said, Frank faced his plate of jollof rice and started devouring without mercy....

O God,I can't afford to loose this one again,Pst Emma was seen praying in his well furnished selfcontain room..

now this one you emphatically pointed at,is about to slip through my hand,but I say noooooo..


Any power from my father's house,mother's kitchen,uncles backyard that want's to play me a back pass,I command them to be consumed by fireeeeeeeeee,


and I speak to the heart of my treasure's dad,o you heart become as soft as agege bread now in Jesus name,

"Son i have heard you,she is yours and will forever remain yours,just go and find something and eat,so that you will have strength for tonights service."..

Father this matter is serious and you are asking me to go and eat,like how do you expect me to eat when there is fire on the mountain,

Pst Emma objected,moreover there is no food in this house and.....(Kpuruuuuuuuu)his stomach rumbled...

Then the voice spoke again...

"Son the matter is settled just go to Tasty Toast and have a good lunch,and also go with your ATM card"..


Hmm mm,Pst Emma exhaled,who am I to disobey lord....


Welcome to "Tasty Toast" sir,pls what can I get you,the waiter asked pst Emma...


Ummm,give me a plate of jollof rice with salad,chicken lap and one chilled bottle Pepsi..


okay sir,expect your order in a jiftty,the waiter said and zoomed off to get the order.....


Sir pls with all due respect,your bill is just ten thousand naira($10,000),and to avoid embarrassment,please pay me my money or you transfer!!

A waiter was seen having a heated argument with Desmond...

Pls try and understand me,Desmond said to the waiter with a remorseful voice and
feeling sorry for himself,for allowing himself hasten out of his office without a proper check,because of the little argument he had with his father in the office...


I forgot my wallet and phone in my office,believing that I had some cash on me,an....

Oga that one is your concern,the waiter cut him short.

what I need is my money and not your self pitiful laugh out loud story,

That is how people like you wolves will be moving in sheep clothing looking for who to devour,packaged without package,the waiter snapped at him..

"That man is saying the truth,go and pay his bills".Pst Emma heard the spirit of God speak to him...

Hey young man stop embarrassing him,the young man is telling you the truth,Pst Emma shouted from the coner where he was sitting,while making his way towards the waiter and Desmond..

"The only reason he is in this mess, is because, he had an arguement with his father in the office 30minutes ago,that's why he hurried down here without properly checking himself to certify that his wallet/ATM card is with him,he is rich and wealthy,and by this time next week Thursday,he will be owning this very facility to his name".The spirit of God said to Pst Emma as he approached them...


If not for the little argument he had with his dad in the office,you wouldn't have been here insulting and showing off your mannerless attitude on him,

moreover this young man you are embarrassing,will be buying this very property,by this time next week Thursday,and it will take God's mercy for you to be retained as one of the staffs here,Pst Emma said while reaching for his ATM card in his wallet...

Now turning to Desmond,please forgive his manners, he has issues with his house rent,and that's why his manners went haywire.

But please next time,no matter what happens try and be sure of your properties okay..

Ya,Desmond replied,feeling relieved and stretching his card to Pst Emma,
pls do give me a call,I owe you for saving me from this mess...

It's nothing bro,Pst Emma said collecting the card from him,,just be careful,incase of next time..

The Story is about a young man,who has made money and ready to settle down.

But because of the characters of some ladies(their love for money and material things,he decided to remain a play boy)
but the tides turned when he met a Christian Adaeze( mama put seller)who later changed his perspectives about girls,

of whom he also made up his mind to get married to,but on the condition that he becomes a genuine born again Christian,which became a problem,because in their family,they believe that church and men of God are scam,that they are all about "Money"..

And so their father Chief Leonard banned Christianity in their home,and this tied down his two sisters from getting married because their father doesn't want a christian son-in law,and most of their potential husbands are pastors or gospel ministers..

Can Things Really Turn Around??

and a new iPhone pro max,you know how much that is,and also in this same two weeks her Father fell down from a palm tree and was admitted in a hospital,of which I also sent her another 100k to assist in the hospital bills,


and also in this same two weeks,her house rent expired of which I also again sent her another 200k for the house rent,

no don't shout yet until I give you the last update,the last but not the least,as of yesterday,she told me that her "Pad" just got finished and she doesn't have any money to buy.
