We have a loaded vessel(40KMT) on sapele water currently for 117+3(N1:30k is open on the buyers end), if and when the buyer signs SPA and returns with a scanned copy of a cheque of 10mil and an ATB format, we are willing to issue a CATB. The supercargo will go on board with the said cheque which will be payable after QnQ. Note: This deal is open cos the supercargo on board has failed to perform for the last 2weeks, the window is open for a short while, let me know if you're okay with the terms.
