TRANSACTION PROCEDURE ON AGO (TANK FARM DELIVERY LAGOS)

Price: 131 less 2Naira/Litre. 

1. Seller send SPA to buyer for endorsement.

2. Buyer returns signed SPA with the following:

A. NOR format and ATB details,

B. Tank farm throughput agreement and receipt of hire, or proof of tank farm ownership by buyer,

3. Seller confirms the details from buyer above and issues NOR/ETA.

4. Buyer confirms NOR and issues a bank payment guarantee (BPG) for the total agreed quantity of cargo.  

5. Upon confirmation of buyer's BPG Seller sails vessel/cargo to TANK FARM location.

6. Upon arrival of the vessel/cargo to the tank farm, buyer's supercargo/inspectors conduct Q&Q.

7. Upon successful Q&Q buyer pays seller in full for the total cargo through MT103 wire transfer and pays all intermediaries simultaneously. Discharge into buyer's tank farm facility commences.

8. Seller issue documents in buyer`s corporate name within 72hours after the successful payment of the total cargo.

I think I find yoruba(lagos especially) drivers more amusing in this aspect. Riding with a friend when last I was in gidi and someone parked in front of us on d road in agungi for over a minute. She kept saying "**** (in yoruba can't remember).... Baba ee" it always ended with "Baba ee". So when we passed I asked her what she was telling the driver, she said she wasn't talking to him, in her words "I don't blame him, it's his father and ancestors, if they had given him brain he won't act lyk dis; so it's them I was addressing"

This I say with certainty, Jesus saves and He loves us. I'm growing in knowledge of the word and every time I spend learning about God through studying of the bible and other books; I realised I have never had a better use of my time.

This emptiness is there cos you don't have Christ. You think, what's the point? All you have achieved was to what end? You feel empty cos there's no Christ in you, you aren't sure of what the afterlife holds for you, no assurance, at that point you become aware that life doesn't end here; cos it feels like there was a hand waiting to transport you to somewhere else, some other realm. This is my own experience, when I suffered from Atherosclerosis. Jesus is the way. Give your heart and life to him, see if you don't get that inner fulfillment that nothing else can bring. What do you have to lose? Sure you have tried so many other things like I did. Cheers!

I happen to live on the street (Abuja lane,Dline PH) where this occurred. First of the subject is totally wrong, I opened the thread and can't put in words the shock I experienced when I saw it was Pastor West.
He sold his land to a certain Lawyer for an agreed sum of money. Lawyer paid part of it, it was short 10mil, which he promised to pay a month later. 2 months passed and lawyer didn't come thru with said payment. Someone else came and negotiated to buy the land, Pastor West sold it, went to the lawyer with the deposit he made, Lawyer refused to take it, said it should have yielded interest if he had done business with it. So he should add the interest or give him the land.
How is this fraud on the pastor's part? How?

Procedure:
Seller issues Commercial Invoice, Buyer sign and return with details of inspector (scanned copy of ID) and supercargo (scanned copy of intl passport data page), ATB format including details of inspection company.
Seller gives MATB immediately, after QnQ Buyer places MT103 for full cargo.
