Thinking about YouTube Automation? Don't start with AI. Start with this.

A simple YouTube Automation roadmap:

1. Choose a niche — large audience + plenty of topics + monetization opportunities.

2. Research winning topics — study what people are already watching.

3. Write for retention — don't just provide information; give people a reason to keep watching.

4. Produce — script → voiceover → visuals → editing.

5. Package it properly — title + thumbnail = the click; content = the watch.

6. Build consistently — one viral video isn't a business.

7. Monetize — YouTube ads and other legitimate revenue streams depending on your niche.

8. Scale — once your process works, outsource repetitive tasks.

And please don't believe anyone promising guaranteed YouTube income.

It's a business model, not a magic button.

I've put together a more detailed YouTube Automation roadmap, including the tools and workflow beginners can use.
