• Polished professional to join a Single Family Office (SFO) that owns multiple asset classes including real estate, fixed

entrepreneurial spirit to run their family office. This is a varied and interesting role suitable to someone with at least 2
years’ experience who is able to work on a flexible schedule.

Role Description
The Candidate will lead a team of household and professional staff and will oversee the Principal’s private equity
Investments, provide investment advice on a portfolio consisting of multiple asset classes including fixed income securities,
public equities, hedge funds, private equity and venture capital.
• Develop and implement the family office strategic investment and operational plan, including selection, appraisal,
execution and monitoring.
• Oversight of all family assets, including investment accounts, properties, trusts and other interests.
• Develop and oversee the management and strategic development of the family office.
• Education of the next generation on issues such as wealth management and financial literacy, as well as wider economic
matters. These services will include organizing family meetings, ensuring family education commitments and
coordination of generational education with outside advisers.
• Preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and periodic portfolio reports.
• Liaise with the lawyers, trustees, accountants, real estate brokers, auditor and other external advisors effecting family-
directed strategies and initiatives and charged with family office tax and accounting reporting.
• Oversight of activism and philanthropic strategies directed by the family.
• Manage household staff and ensure travel arrangements are effectively planned.
Qualifications
• Investment skills is critical. The candidate must be able to source opportunities, research, appraise, recommend,
execute, monitor etc.
• Proven track record of negotiating and managing transactions.
• Indisputable record of integrity and demonstrated commitment to the environment.
• Bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic credentials - if not in finance, should have interest in the financial
services sector.
• Clear ability to successfully interact with diverse internal and external constituencies.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workflow and manage multiple projects.
• Demonstrated experience in being flexible and resourceful within a complex and lean environment.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and computer skills including PowerPoint and Excel based modelling.
• Ability to travel at short notice would be a strong advantage.
