OkaNaUbe:What you like may not be what someone else likes. O so ndi, o wee ndi. Many gay guys are actually repulsed at the sight of a vagin.a. On the other hand, straight men's body undergo chemistry when exposed to a vagina. Different stroke for different folks |
thecommunist:Not necessary but some lgbt people choose to come out as a way of disseminating awareness to heterosexual people that lgbt people exist and to increase their understanding of other people different from them (straight people). Some heterosexual people in Nigeria have never met nor known an lgbt person before nor understand the true meaning of sexuality. With more and more coming outs like this, Nigerians will start to get more and more comfortable with and understanding of the diversity of human sexuality. |
kingthreat:If sexuality was a choice, can you tomorrow automatically start liking and being sexually attracted to guys? Would you tomorrow wake up and get sexually excited at the sight of another attractive guy? Do you remember making a conscious decision many years ago to be attracted exclusively only to girls and not guys? |
Bobrisky, Paul is as straight as an arrow. He's a no-go area. |
filleSouriante:Not so. You see, for us it is a different experience. For most gay (not bisexual) people, we realize very early at as age 8, 9 or 10 that our feelings for the opposite sex are dead but with the same sex it is automatic. We are no different from straight people only that we don't naturally like what heterosexuals like. Forcing a gay man to marry a woman is like forcing you to marry a man you have no feelings for. You manage the situation/marriage and you two may become best friends at best but the internal happiness/satisfaction will not be there. |
Hello LagosNIV, Good evening. I have been a silent follower of this thread and first want to say thank you for assisting many people here with their questions. I have an issue that has been bothering me. Few months back I had my F1 visa interview which an agent helped me to prepare for. My visa was originally granted but later denied few weeks after because the visa officer discovered that the bank statement, which the agent gave to me, was a fake one. The embassy returned my passport to me blank. In my excitement and out of trust I trusted the agent but he spoiled my dreams of studying abroad and I have since learnt my lessons not to use an agent again. The embassy did not tell me verbally or give me anything in writing saying that I have been denied permanently/subject to lifetime ineligibility. Am I possibly subject to lifetime ineligibility? Please what are my chances of reapplying again, this time by myself? If possible, how soon can I file for a waiver? Thank you sir/ma. |
