oh really , so one cannot play videos downloaded with uc web without having data ?? guys help!!!

hi guys, I used this new 2Gig airtel plan to download some videos , it was at night tho and after downloading, I realised that the videos could not play, instead it was buffering like it wanted to use data, and since the 2gig airtel data is slow, it dnt play. I don't seem to understand because once you download a video , it's meant to play without data abi? any clues?

yes its real, it was last year, march or April I think , I was still serving , the match was from Germany , rb Leipzig and one other team and it was 2/1. even at that time, we guys that contributed the money were scared, I staked with n500 and won 9k within 2hrs. most of us staked with n500 and 1k. after the game, we gathered money and tried to get another game from him few weeks later but up till now he's not replying his mails . so that sure connection went away. the dude is from Slovakia tho according to the western union we sent. believe it or not , fixed match exists but there are so manyyyy scammers. just beware. ever wince then I avnT seen a genuine source . so now when there is time, I predict

while I was serving we bought a match from Germany and it won. fixed match exists trully , not common tho, most times you gatu pay , we paid about 100euros I think.

guys I need Info on the flash charging , do I need to change my charging port before my fone can flash charge , my charging port is not faulty o, but do I still need to change it? and how do I know that the fone is flash charging when I charge it? I av tried using like three cords but I just experience the normal charging .
