I just day read the whole thread and just day laugh. For me if you know you can't help people with plausible alternative to what is available(easily affordable) discouraging people to go to Russia is wickedness. Every complain and fault that is pointed out is worse in Nigeria. Na corruption, we be baba or na racism/tribalism, it's part of our life or na insecurity. If you are going to Russia for a better affordable education that will make you stand out in the world I believe it's worth it because they have top class universities at affordable rates. Don't listen to someone that will discourage you most especially not showing you a possible way out. You will end up being stuck when you listen to those kind of people.
