I admit that I am a learner here.
I have acquired some engineering design and construction skills, but I do the field works with hired labourers and artisans. But even at that, I work my ass out in supervising the supervisors and foremen on site..
I am the one doing most of the design and supervisory works, and not my money per se.
The men working for me cannot really work without being supervised.
What can be done in this situation.?

I'll advice you to look beyond service rendering. The best way to leverage in Nigeria today is on a physical product. So look towards that direction. Seek advice on product that interests you and learn how to produce and own yours first. That's the most important for now. Its really hard to leverage on services compared to a physical sellable product.

Its very possible and its through leveraging. If you want your money to work for you, you'll need a sellable product, a very attractive pricing system and a good team(workforce) you can work with to achieve your goals. When u have all these in place, then we can move on to the next level where I'll show you how to manage your team in terms of very attractive commission payments and so on.
