A fast growing HMO in Lagos is seeking for the services of a young and enthusiastic individual to fit the role of[b] Project Office Administrator. [/b]

Responsibilities
* Manage project administration, arrange meetings, take minutes, prepare reports and presentations.
* Manage and organise diaries, answer client's calls, make travel arrangements, process invoices and other general ad-hoc administrative tasks.
* Maintain accurate project control documents including status reports with utmost confidentiality.
* Will work closely with the project/operations team.

Requirements
* Graduates with Business Administrative experience (1-3years)
* Must posses excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Ability to work in a team and take initiative
* Appear sharp with a Warm and friendly attitude
