Oga madawaki...i swear down i've been trying to practice that 3.2km since d list dropped but it's not easy atall. i've never beat the time since i started and my legs hurt terribly. Oga do i have any hope atall?...abeg any tips on how to train better or how to survive the race...yhu've done it twice n passed oga i need ya professional advice. and if possible i'll like to form a kind of patnership with yhu during the race. M in second batch too. |
