Alleged Fulani herdsmen shot and killed over 15 people along Abuja Enugu road. They kidnapped over 30 people and took them into nearby Bush. According to eye witness, they were all dressed in military uniform. They started shooting sporadically at oncoming vehicles with AK47 raffles
danny56: Joining Nigerian army is a suicide mission especially bearing a Christian name. Christian/Muslim army death rate is ratio...10:1 respectively.
mrgoodd: Boko haram should try to give back to the society for once, BH should start joining protests. They should try and assist the public in correcting the senators, Those one among them that believe in proposing law that won't favour the common man should have replaced this soldiers.
SpyAC: As far as they re Nigeria, e no concern our presido, if it where to another country soldiers, our presidi would have been the first to sen his condolence
slimfit1: RIP so sad to see this. Again poor tactics by the military are the reasons why they capture them all the time. This was an unnecessary sacrifice. These men travel with no idea where their position is by anyone. They can't tell you where this shootings took place if you ask them.
baby124: If I was an army officer, I would be worried about the Boko Haram members being released and reformed into the Army. They will destroy the army from within. Who ever endorsed that nonsense in the army should face firing squad. Now, that is a threat to national security. Blatant one. The person that sponsored that solution is obviously a Boko Haram member/sponsor.
donbachi: And the army is busy rehabilitating captured boko haram members and assimilating them into the society....terrorism is kill or get killed..no mercy.RIP brave warlords.
World heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua is so thankful to Nigerians as he sends a special appreciation message to his fatherland for the tremendous support he gained during his title bout with Andy Ruiz Jr in Saudi Arabia
While Anthony Joshua was using Femi Kuti's music to defeat a certain Mexican in far away Saudi Arabia, Femi Kuti was busy wooing fans in Mexico as he delivered a scintillating performance at a Carnival
Anthony Joshua showed a extreme discipline and ring IQ throughout the fight in Saudi Arabia Learnt the lessons of the last fight, worked on it and grew massively. Joshua is back to the top. Heavyweight Champion again! #RuizJoshua2
Well, there has been Alot of hysteria over the last few days as regards Sowore vs DSS. I follow a lot of news and this one just happens to be one of those I've overlooked without paying much attention. I believe I know why Sowore was arrested in the first place. Revolution Now? Who has forgotten? please check your dictionary and refresh the meaning of Revolution in the unforgiving context of a Sovereign state. You may make excuse for Sowore's Choice of protest Slogan but you can't Simply dismiss it! I mean, calling for a revolution is perhaps the equivalent of a Coup in the military setting. Guys, put it in perspective, a one time presidential candidate organizing a Revolution Whatever immediately after losing an election? in a democratic setting? what do you make of that? Sowore didn't believe in the court in the first instance, I'm forced to conclude. If his march was about losing the election, then Atiku's route was the right way to channel grievances nonetheless. If it was about the general state of the nation, I believe there are other channels available to explore. people have planned and staged protest during Buhari's tenure and went home without being arrested. I know there will inevitably be attempts to disrupt such protest by authorities though. But if you tag anything "Revolution", the government holding sway will interpret it as a call for similar "Revolution that has occurred in History Books". Perhaps this is also another way to channel grievances but it comes with grave danger and reward if successful. Perhaps, the overwhelming majority don't see any circumstance where Sowore successfully leads a "Revolution". I don't see it. the Courts don't see it. But Sowore still believes it. And from what his mother said yesterday about him always fighting for injustice and what is "right", I don't think he's ready to "Tell the government what they want to hear - Say na Play him dey play" Freedom of expression is a mirage that's only 90% true. Every Country and Nation keep the remaining 10% percent at "it's discretion". In Catalonia, for those who see more than what is in front of him/her, the Spanish Government have jailed the leaders calling for referandum. Nnamdi Kanu and Sowore are demanding for basically the same thing. Kanu only went farther in his endeavors. The government only grew wiser with Sowore and nipped it in the bud before it fester. ( The above are my thoughts. read carefully and you will see I didn't support anything, or side. I'm only interpreting the meanings of events. majority may disagree with it, that's fine. say so and express to yourself. Then we can have a discussion)
eTECTIV: If U ppl are serious den U ppl shld go ahead and organize free shows in Ojuelegba and other parts of Lagos in protest jus like U ppl and Sowore did in protest against GEJ... As for me all I can do is watch..
Racoon: Hehehe! Fela's "BEAST OF NO NATION" comes to mind.Last, last Buhari the tyrannt, all who formed his government & their mummified zombies will all go down in infamy.
