First time I'm seeing food go from raw to cooked then back to raw.

Because that last frame looks like raw rice and akamu.

Did you use red oil or groundnut oil in this your illustration because that food doesn't look bright.

I used groundnut oil and one small tin tomato I guess that's why it's not bright. That's also why I called it hungryman bachelor jollof rice not party jollof rice lol

Abeg make una no laff me ooo.
I use half kilo chicken, two cups of rice, one small tin tomato, salt, maggi, pepper, onions and oil.

I first boiled the chicken and put maggi, onions and salt. Then I slice pepper and onion and keep in a plate. I put the put the tin tomato in another plate, mix it with a little water then keep one side while I wash the rice.
When the chicken is ready I put it aside, put another pot with oil, put the sliced pepper, onions and the tin tomato to fry. After frying for a while I add the chicken into it with some chicken water sauce and allow to cook for some time.

Once it's ready I take it out and put back the pot of chicken water sauce and allow to boil a little then I put the rice inside to cook. When the rice is quite soft, I just turn the tomato sauce and chicken into it, allow to cook properly then when getting dry and the rice is soft enough, I stir and mix everything properly.

Thanks for the advice, I am still learning. Soon I would be a professional eguisi soup chef.

My girlfriend like to do shakara for me too much because she knows I love eguisi soup so much. Any time we have small problem she will be doing shakara to cook eguisi soup for me until I beg tire. So today as usual we had a small quarrel and she just locked up and refused to cook eguisi soup for me. I just went to one of my neighbors to ask the procedures and then I enter kitchen to cook my first eguisi soup.
As I was cooking she just sat down watching TV and pressing phone and for her mind she will be like this mumu guy is cooking rubbish. I finish my cooking, package better fufu, carry my soup and ate everything in the pot. Now shakara don end, she dey find wethin she go chop when me just balance dey use toothpick commot chicken from my teeth.
