Don’t get your hopes too high! This was the same way they lulled you into a false sense of security in the run-up to the 2019 elections! Then naive Nigerians, who innocently assumed results will be uploaded to a secure server, went out to party on the streets like it’s 1999, only to have a rude awakening when the rug was pulled from beneath their feet by the so called supreme court that declared INEC were under no obligation to transmit the results via IREV or whatever it’s called!

You are very much on point.
I don't know if one should give up on this country that APC have destroyed.

They have 30 Governors out of 36

They control the Judiciary

They control INEC

They have succeeded in splitting the ranks of almost all the opposition parties

They control both the institutionalized and non-institutionalized organ of coercion

This is what it means to lead. Electronic accreditation via BVAS, voting and timely transmission of election results from IREV to INEC secured and retrievable server is a must.

Most personal details information, banking, education exams, govt processes are now done electronically within secure servers power by TELECOS. Though no system is 100% foolproof, electronic elections have had proven success in UI, Estonia, Namibia, Zimbabwe, South Africa and the last US elections. Nigeria can't afford to remain behind.

The electoral, democratic and constitutional processes needs to be bettered with or without their limitations. True democracy starts from a credible electoral system. The only people kicking against this development are the anti-democratic elements.

My Brother, when I first traveled out of Nigeria, I was almost discouraged by my Mother and siblings, because I have a good job then.
Nigeria was not as bad and dangerous like this. But I just decided to make use of the opportunity with fears that if traveling did not work I will quickly come back home.

Today when I look back and the present failed state of Nigeria, I am not regretting ever travelling.
Nigeria have been destroyed beyond repair by the wicked politicians.

Dr. Kemi was the very first person to post that an important figure in Aso Rock have died and they are covering his death.

The President should sack all service chiefs including the IGP.

We need a police and Armed forces reform.

The Military Intelligence and police Intelligence should all resign. Why is it that mass killings of such magnitude could not be aborted?
They are not proactive.

All the names of the terrorist sponsors that is already with the government should be arrested and charged

The Nigeria boarder should be fenced like the Egypt and Tunisia boarders.

Matawalle should resign as the Minister for state of defense.

After 3 year's, he should stop insecurity first and Prosperity will come

Sincerely speaking I am not from the East or from Asaba.
I am a history enthusiasts.
I follow history and I know of dark and notable event like this.
However with my follow up so far, those championing the case are not giving up.
Remember the Enugu coal Mascara by the British in the 1950's. It was this year the victim's family got justice.

So it will take time .
