Will you regard Nottingham Forest as an average club or elite club?
To me, Nottingham Forest is an average club but mind you this same Nottingham Forest Football Club has won the UCL which is on record but your arsenal has never won the UCL.
I have no reason to argue about the titles won by arsenal and these titles you have mentioned were won when the club was still an elite club. Arsenal is an average club now because no elite club win trophies and then go on break from winning more for decades.
