Guys please what can I do, my employer has refused to pay I and my colleagues salary for the month of march.
Things are so difficult right now for me, even money to feed I don't have any more. I have collected food and provision on credit from people that sell around here. They have refused to sell to me again and some of them have come to my work place to embarrass me.
I want you guys to imagine working for almost two months without being paid. This is wickedness. We make good sales especially on weekends but my boss doesn't want to settle us( sales book is available to verify this).
We work hard and diligently for our company. My boss is very comfortable with his family. He doesn't lack what to eat, so he doesn't care about us. Is this not oppression and intimidation bcus he knows we can't do anything.
You haven't paid your workers for this long and you are not concerned about their welfare. I was down with malaria on Monday and I didn't have money to buy drugs, but I work.
I and some of my colleagues have been loyal to this company. I have worked here for almost a year now but this man doesn't care. There have been staffs that come here and make way with the company's money but I have been good to my boss.
Please guys I need help on what I can do to be settled, I am ready to quit the work self. Some employers are devil incarnate. This man will complain about the government at any given opportunity but he is worse.

I want to make an appeal to the Lagos state government, please place a fine on any employer that fails to pay there workers on time. If they can't pay, they should do the work themselves.
I am ready to drop the company's number so that you guys can help me call them and ask them what our crimes are that they have refused to pay. The number is also available on whatsapp
