Yes, but do u have inclinometer or compass? If u do just get ur dish positioned on the mask, place the protractor or inclinometer at the back of ur dish adjust ur elevation angle to 20, get ur compass make sure the red part of the nidle on ur compass is positioned to true north, then rotate ur entire body until u get to 98 degree east, then Connet ur tv or signal meter and align ur dish that is all.

Well u may not understand what I mean by offset dish, because most of the dish now are days doesn't come with manual of installation, when u try to install c-bans dish for example on nilesat wihich is at 7.0w and at the same time install an offset dish I mean ku band dish for the same nilesat at 7.0w,,u will discovered that the c-band dish is pointing upward compared the the ku band dish, then why is this ,because the the lnb of the c-band is center end at the dish while that of the ku band is off the beam elevation angle, hence u need to subtract the offset angle from the true elevation angle to get ur offset dish beam angle. Let assumed ur true elevation is 82.3 then ur offset angle is 22 ,the ur calculation goes like this 82.3-22=60.3 so 60.3 will be the angle u are setting ur dish on, but in the case of c-band if ur elevation is the same 82.3 that is exactly place u will need to tilts ur dish to, but u need an inclinometer to be able to adjust ur elevation accurately, and for the azimuth adjustment u need a very good compass, so when u have all of this handing installation of satellite dish will be a piece of bread to u, u may need to,contact me through my phone for more explanation if u do not understand me, meanwhile u can click on this link to read more about offset dish and prime focus dish http://www.satsig.net/22-deg-offset-dish.htm

Yes of course the satellite for Mbc is nilesat 201 @7.0w Azimuth of 237.7 with true elevation of 75.6 minus your offset angle of 22, which will give elevation of 53. Good luck

The tv comes with a small satellite dish which I have already connected to the tv inbuilt decoder. I was able to pick about 4 religious tv channels and 5 radio channels.

There is only few DVB S2X reception available on some fringe sat like 19.2east/4.8east/33east/ and one on 26east NWA beam..
DVB S2X was introduced at the same time as new efficient HEVC video coding, it is expected that new satellite will combine HEVC/DVB S2X..to deliver UHD,4k/HD services more efficient....some manufacturers has started producing DVB S2X satellite receivers with hevc/4k support.
