This Merchant Navy should be Abolished,when Our Navy are buying more and more ships and helos, In every country they have a navy that will protect their waters, if another navy is needed it should be coast guard only,
Yaradua sent a bill to the N/A for establishment of (i have forgotten)that will saty in Niger Delta,which will make Navy presence ILLEGAL,in niger delta,so is NIMASA,and other agencies,
LEAVE NAVY ALONE,ban merchant navy
