Those agencies has a lots of benefit apart from salaries and wages. Apparently, Department and responsibilities plays a major roles in their earnings.

I always tell people, it's not all about the salary in FG jobs but stability and growth, for we that have worked in the private sector, most times if not all this multinationals you be bearing Business Support Manager in an organization with like 5years experience and your salary will not even be up to 100k. Yet they will not allow you breathe, even if REA is paying 100k level 08 as entry level, I tell you it's 10 times better than most of the jobs people are doing without a definite career progress in the private sector where someone would wake up and not like to see your face again, boom sack letter then back to square one, It's well.

Some say level 08 is 90k, some say 120k, some say 200+, some even say its 100k, so please just choose one, but if you would agree with me, if not until you become a staff you won't know the real salary REA staffs earn I bet you.

This post is 101% inaccurate.
This was just a proposal for increment during hadiza Bala time as MD. And barely 30% of it was approved.
There so many wrong templates flying in this group that are inaccurate.

So Hadiza Bala was there in 2023 abi, some one that left as MD May 2021, it's okay your highness.

If I say u are very dull now u start crying I insulted you, so why has nobody told you that of REA since you have been under every post asking who knows their salary yet the same you someone according to you told you REA level 08 earns 120,000 until they tell you level 08 earns 500k before you be satisfied abi 🤣. Just rest, I still came out to give examples of some people giving people different amount of what they earn yet you still don't get what I am saying, in short you are very dull

I don't see how sharing how much the pay package is at any workplace will be detrimental
If anything it might provide hope to people looking for legitimate employment in an era of proliferation of illegitimate money

Since this year so many people have been asking how much is REA salary, have you seen anybody come out to say this is what they earn? We talking about reality here not emotion, they is a particular organization I know someone who work there but when I asked him how much he earns he told me a different figure and told two other person's that I know that knows him too two different figures, so will I go and tie him to tell me what he earns byforce? Staying on this platform is not for people with emotions okay

Okay the problem now is the loan not being recouped? Oh I see, since you have agreed it's an empowerment, I rest my case because that was your take which made me draw your attention to history. So next time specify that government shouldn't be giving loans out since they can't recoup it back.

Didn't here in the 70's government provided loans and bursary for Nigeria students then to go to universities and colleges? Is that not how most of them got their MSc/Ph.Ds at average between 25- 30yrrs? Or are you so dull not to know it's a need empowerment at this hard times? Nothing join this recruitment with former MD Salihijo please. The new MD initiated it and hopefully he’ll finish it.
Information I have is the process was put on hold by directive from above. Ag. MD Abba Aliyu wanted to do a very transparent recruitment.
To Quote him : “Dan talaka ma ya samu” meaning (let the poor man child get too)!

Is not everything one would say here, so how long does it take to do a transparent recruitment? The fact he postponed it should already tell you his not the one that initiated the recruitment but as you sabi pass nan, we are watching oga

Dey play, the Former got the waiver approval and everything, if not for his removal in March, it was the June they invited you, you would have resumed, if you know you know.

REA recruitment is in coma, nothing about it, if only the old MD who started the process was there I am sure they would have completed the process. Looks like the recruitment is not in the new MDs agenda at all.

You go back to your last GL and step, in this case GL 10 step 3, if you get strong connect self they will permit you write promotional exam the next year back to 12, just know that no matter how they tend to make the civil service look very strict on promotions and conversations/upgrades, the rules are always broken for some people who know the high and mighty. But one thing is sure they won't take you below your last step.
