Well I doubt the best option to wait it out since fire might reach towns and cities or even the nuclear plant itself which would cause more harm than just wildfire. Besides for days Kyiv was in think smog and it was advised not to leave home for anyone living in the vicinity of the Chernobyl. Still radiation levels weren't that high and firefighters there were using new sprd spectra. So nothing much to worry. Days have passed and no one is talking about wildfire in Chernobyl.
