O'level holders start from 100 Level.
NCE/OND holders start from 200 Level.
HND Holders start from 300 Level. The program is called conversion program for people with ND/HND. You will go through the same process as regular students and get the same certificate. It is extremely flexible and affordable. It is probably the most affordable program at the moment.
