I wonder why it is difficult to call a spade a spade in this part of the universe.
Yes, the father of the boy committed a traffic infraction which there are better ways of resolving.
Now, in an attempt to stop the fleeing offender, a 'trainned' police officer opened fire and killed an innocent boy which he swore to protect and a 'sane' man up there is trying to justify the killing by shifting blame on the father.

Two things are involved here;
1) The man committed a lesser crime which is civil crime.
2) The Police officer commited a capital offence which is murder.

As an officer, you're trained to protect even at the face of provocation.
Both of them have a case to answer in the court of law.

Go to X (Twitter) and see how people were raining curses on the handler of Oyoaffairs who posted the video of the incident, trying to shift blame on the father.
If it happened to your son, would you be shifting blame?
