December 18th, 2025 - A DAY TO REMEMBER

NANS JCC Anambra State had a POWERFUL and SPLENDID inauguration. It was a different of its kind in Anambra State, with the theme "Reinventing the Struggle in Student Leadership", bringing together dignitaries from across Nigeria, including His Excellency Dr. Val Ozigbo, Clerk of the Senate NANS Headquarters, DPO Police, FRSC State Commander, and many more.

The event left a lasting impact on the student community. The program aimed to EMPOWER and ENCOURAGE young student leaders to make a POSITIVE IMPACT in society. With themes of unity, leadership, and progress, it was a moment to remember for all attendees.

In an interview with the press, the Assistant Secretary General NANS Anambra, Snr Comr Aforka Divine C, said, This is just the beginning Our administration is focused on student welfare and promoting the good interest of Nigerian students in Anambra State." He also highlighted plans to tackle pressing student issues and drive positive change.

‎In his words, Dr. Ebuka Onunkwo is an inspiration to many, and his dedication to the welfare of students is truly commendable. We celebrate his life and pray that God blesses him with many more years of service to humanity. His tireless efforts in promoting the ideals of NANS have not gone unnoticed, and we are grateful for his leadership and guidance.
‎Comrade Aforka Divine Chukwubunkem also wished Dr. Ebuka Onunkwo a happy birthday, filled with joy, peace, and love, and also prayed that this special day marks the beginning of a new chapter filled with success, prosperity, and happiness,and also prayed all his dreams and aspirations come to pass, and may he continue to be a beacon of hope and inspiration to many.

On the 20th November 2025 The Nans Assistant secretary General Anambra state Comr Aforka Divine Chukwubunkem had the esteemed honor of attending the 117th inaugural lecture delivered by Professor Nwabanne Tagbo, a distinguished scholar and renowned expert in his field, at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University school auditorium today. The event was graced by a procession of esteemed academics, including the substantive Vice Chancellor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University. He was particularly privileged to have been accompanied by His lecturer, a respected former Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, former Head of the Department of Chemical Engineering, and the newly inducted Fellow of the Society of Chemical Engineering, who kindly invited him to join him at this prestigious event. The lecture was a testament to Professor Tagbo's remarkable contributions to his field and a celebration of his achievements. Comr Aforka in his words said he was grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of this memorable occasion and to have witnessed the academic excellence of Nnamdi Azikiwe University.
