I laff in Latin...is Ukwa East not part of Abia State, whenever I hear Abia State governor fixing roads in the state it makes me laugh. Y Aba always, If ukwa East that has no good road for decades is not part of the State let him tell them oooo...even the Aba self which has he fixed with good construction company?...non....

Is it just Umuahia that made up Abia State, what happened to other LGAs in that state. No project at all?
