I ACTUALLY DID IT. September 4, 2026. A date I’ve had in my head for a while. Xonent Business School is officially launching today. And honestly, seeing something that started as an idea slowly become something real feels different. I’ve planned it. I’ve changed things. I’ve doubted some things. I’ve started again. But I kept building. My goal is simple: To build a place where young people can learn practical digital and business skills and actually know what to do with them. This is Day 1. I know we still have a long way to go. But every big thing starts somewhere. Today, Xonent Business School starts. Let’s see how far we can take this. LEARN. APPLY. GROW. My name is Okebaram Michael Chikanyima, Africa’s youngest edupreneur.

I could have taken 500 students… but I don’t want 500 students. I want 40 students who are ready to actually learn. This first cohort is going to be strictly practical. No sitting down for hours just to listen to theory. We’re learning skills you can actually take outside the classroom and use. I’ll be sharing practical knowledge around digital marketing, content creation, online business and building with digital skills—and more importantly, showing you how to put what you learn into action. Because knowing something is one thing. Knowing how to use it is another. And because this is our first cohort, I want every student to have the opportunity to participate, ask questions and actually follow the training properly. That’s why we’re keeping it at 40 students. We’re also giving 5 students FREE ADMISSION because I want people who genuinely want to learn to have an opportunity, even if money is currently a challenge. And for the first training day, your data expenses will be covered by Xonent. I’m not here to convince everybody to join. If you’re serious about learning and willing to actually DO the work, you’re welcome. 40 students. That’s it. Once the spots are filled, registration closes. The registration link is in the comments section. XONENT BUSINESS SCHOOL Learn. Build. Grow. My name is Okebaram Michael Chikanyima, Africa’s youngest edupreneur.

While Nigerians continue to watch the country's biggest entertainment names build empires, another young Nigerian is quietly entering a completely different arena. August 15, 2026 | Business & Education NIGERIA — When Davido's name appears on social media, Nigerians already know what usually follows. Music. Entertainment. Millions of views. And, very often, another conversation about the global Nigerian superstar. His journey from a young artist to one of Africa's biggest entertainment brands has become one of the continent's most recognizable success stories. But while the spotlight remains firmly fixed on the entertainment industry, another story is quietly beginning somewhere else. And surprisingly, it has nothing to do with music. His name is Okebaram Michael Chikanyima. He is a teenager. And he is building a business school. Yes — a business school. The name behind the project is Xonent Business School, an emerging education brand preparing for its official launch on September 4. At first, the name may sound like another online course platform. But that is where the story takes an interesting turn. Xonent is being built around live training, practical learning and application, rather than simply giving students recorded lessons and a certificate when they finish. The idea is to make students do more than consume information. They are expected to learn, ask questions, understand the skill and actually apply it. And behind that idea is a founder who appears to be taking an unusually early seat at the entrepreneurship table. --- “WAIT… HOW OLD IS THE FOUNDER?” That may be the question many people ask after discovering Xonent. Chikanyima is still a teenager, yet he is attempting to build a recognizable education brand in a space already occupied by established training providers. That puts Xonent in an interesting position. It isn't entering an empty market. It has to compete for attention, earn trust and convince young Nigerians that its approach offers something worth choosing. But perhaps that is exactly what makes the project interesting. Nigeria has watched young people build careers in music, film, sports and technology. Now, Chikanyima is attempting to build in education and entrepreneurship. He is positioning himself among Africa's youngest edupreneurs, with Xonent as the vehicle for that ambition. AND THE COUNTDOWN HAS ALREADY STARTED. September 4. That is when Xonent Business School is scheduled to officially launch. Whether the young founder can turn the idea into a serious education brand remains to be seen. But there is already a reason people are paying attention. He didn't wait until someone handed him an opportunity. He decided to build one. And while the next Davido headline may be only one post away, another Nigerian teenager is quietly working toward a very different kind of headline: “Young Nigerian Founder Builds Business School for the Next Generation.”

DON'T WAIT UNTIL YOU NEED A SKILL BEFORE YOU LEARN IT. A lot of people make this mistake. They wait until they need money... Then they start looking for a skill. They wait until they need customers... Then they start learning marketing. They wait until they need to create content... Then they start learning content creation. But here's the problem: Skills take time to build. The best time to learn something useful isn't always when you urgently need it. Sometimes it's before you need it. Because when the opportunity finally comes... You won't be starting from zero. You'll already be ready. And that's one of the reasons we're building Xonent Business School. But we're not just giving you a recorded course and saying: "Go and watch it." Our training is live. You'll be able to learn directly, ask questions, follow practical demonstrations and actually understand how to apply what you're learning. Because there's a big difference between: Watching someone teach you something and being taught, guided and given the chance to apply it. That's what we're building. Learn. Apply. Grow. 📅 Xonent Business School launches September 4. And we're just getting started.
