Hey guys!..Been following this tread for quiet a while nw.Would say since last year tho. I stubbled on this tread while on ma quest for experiences,testimonies,views just anytin that will gear me up for ma pursuit,this tread was there to ma rescue,here i got clues and stuff.
Was shortlist for 66rc AFSB,went to D interview,finishd wit 40candidates remaining frm my state..Applied compsci buh was not selected..yes it was not because the board was not fair, it was because the competition was tough.
Then i took a risk of still applying 67rc,t'was a risks cos i didnt wnt to spend anoda yr ahme.
So i applyd(maths),wrote the exams,was shortlisted(mind you,you need not knw anyone to b shortlisted..ONLY GOD).
Went for AFSB,was among the 16 dat finishd AFSB in my state. And today am a Naval Officer Cadet. Thnks to cdt madawaki n the likes n to evryone on here!!

okedi.....please, I had used an affidavit (state gov't) in the AFSB to correct the date of birth on my WAEC certificate which reads 31/05/1996 instead of 20/05/1996....... So my date of birth is actually 20th of March 1996 but it was 31/05/1996 that was written......... I did not change anything about my true date of birth because I want to be honest about things........ I was not screened in the certification and through out the process........I am first in my state in the final list. So I want to know whether it will affect me in the registration or not. Or if there is something that I can do about it......... Please not only okedi, anyone who can help should say something please!

its not a problem .but make sure you come with the court sworn affidavit

well Mr man in case you don't know
1. FSLC are no longer issued what is given is testimonial and statement of results.
2. testimonial and statement of result is what was presented in 66 and 67 afsb
3. so you know its not true and you are still asking
