Thanks for your post,does your response suggest that the use of only chain linten without pillars in the last floor is ok?

I have noticed especially in many 1 storey buildings the absence of pillars on the last floor,rather a complete contnious linten is used all round,Pls i need experts in building contruction to state the the correctness or otherwise of this and if possible conseqenses of this practice.Thanks

i started an instalmental payment for covenant garden estate ibafo in 2008 with NEW CREATION PROPERTIES ltd located@cmd rd magodo estate ,could not make any payment in 2009 and now i want a refund less charges as stipulated in the contrct but they are acting funny,what do i do?

Thanks for ur reply so far.Sending her money is not just the solution,but what was the money used for.She will rather spend the money of cheap clothings,cheap school and send the remaining to her parents(she is the family bread winner anyway).My challenge is to have access to those children,know where the study,change thier schools if need be.But all i care to do has to be documented for reference sake.I find it dificult to just send money when i am not sure of how it was spent.i dont even know where she lives here in lagos,i just know where she works

Now the issue is that,i have consulted a lawyer since we went to the registry,his advice was that we have to wait for a minimum of 2 years after separation before filling a divorce.the wellfare of those children is also my concern but she will not allow me access.
