House, no update again?

This is not true. Take it or leave it, the bitter truth is that the recruitment exercise has been cancelled on account of irregularity from the consultant in collaboration with the Secretary General of the Parliament.

A reliable source from the Parliament confided in me yesterday that the whole exercise has been cancelled by the Speaker due to some perceived irregularities: the shortlist comprises mainly Nigerians/Yoruba people, and this is because the Secretary General who's saddled with the administrative responsibilities of the Parliament, including recruitment, is a Yoruba man. Besides, children of some staff of the Parliament also made the shortlist. The way forward hasn't been disclosed, according to my source.

Hello House. I learnt they may start sending text messages and email for interview's invitation as from 21st of this January. Pls anybody that has an insider should confirm this pls.

Surely, NITDA is not among d agencies 2 be scrapped or merged. But d Orosanya reported earlier listed NITDA as an agency 2 be merged with an agency in d ministry of science and technology. But federal government had later reviewed d importance of NITDA that qualified it 2 stand on its own. Let's pray 4 d best my bros. In shaa Allah, we shal triumph, either with NITDA or without it.

waletrust: Brethren Pls pray hard that Agencies that FG are contemplating to scrap should not include NITDA OOO. Read articles relating to FG DELAY APPOINTMENT OF CEOS IN SOME AGENCIES. Just type to google to read more.It was a recent post Nov. 1st,2013. NITDA was mentioned as part of the agencies contemplating to be scrapped by FG from the office of the secretary to the federal government. Brethren pls pray hard ooo.

My brother, we're all in this 2gether. I'm as worried as U are. I got d info frm a friend who works in d ministry of science & technology, and i believe him cos he has no any reason 2 give me such news if it's fake. May God see us thru.

From a reliable source, NITDA has conducted interview 4 selected few pple. Successful candidates shal be called 4 appointment letter first week of next month. What a country!

NERC is not in any way close to NCC in terms of their renumeration. From a reliable source, entry level at NCC earns up to 3million per annum. Entry level at NERC is not even up to 1million per annum. So what are we talking about?

What about NIPC & BPE, does anyone have idea about their package?

akym2005: there is nothing so hidden. the worse thing is that no more any aptitude test from nerc i.e today test if for both last yr and this yr. and to me l dont belief it yet

olufadi: @Okeneba.... Am telling you the hard truth. I applied for that NERC job in June 2013 this year. What do i gain lying? I didnt even apply for any JOB position last year in any company. The mysterious sms and mails i received i didnt honour them. The thing i did was that i uploaded my CV and necessary details on various jobsites (which i forward to friends and colleagues) and i receive alerts on recruitments, test and interviews which i have clearly ignored because where i am is better when compared. I didnt apply for NIMC job and i was shortlisted for a test which i also ignored.

In all fairness, i applied for this NERC job (Which is the 1st Job i applied for this year) and i wasnt shortlisted for the job i applied for.. To tell u the truth I have a very good job and i am comfortable where i am so its not a do or die affair because i can decide to honor or decline the invitation.

Check through my profile and you will see that the last time i posted stuffs on nairaland was in AUGUST 2006 when i talked about Skye Bank and CitiBank. So its exactly 7yrs now..

U didn't apply 4 any position in2 their zonal office, how come u're shorlisted 4 test? Getting ur details from jobberman, i think that is a falacy.
