The test is CBT. You can even do it on your phone, provided it is reliable. As for the format, it's 90% likely to be disc personality test.
Check online for free practice questions, and don't be conned to pay any sum for past question.

exactly!!! thats how some peeps will come here to offer free service. meanwhile, still ask you to pay some token to get the so-called free material.
