The call for the proscription of the criminal elements in the Fulani herdsmen seems to be tribalism driven, because they felt the herdsmen are just hated for nothing. Now that their nefarious activities affected the army, they could fight back without any report.
The same people ere reported on so many occasions, rather than arrest the Fulani bandits, their reporters will be arrested.

If this is how we will operate, then expect that they will also come for more security officials.
