I'll go for emotional quotient because an emotion imbalance in a child is sure going to affect his ability to concentrate. We know concentration is key to learning.

We've seen kids in the US who because of trauma( for whatever reason) go on a shooting spree in school killing innocent colleagues of theirs.

Even if intellectually, a child isn't doing well, it doesn't get to a crisis stage until he becomes emotional about it- that's when the trouble starts.

Unfortunately, counsellors in our schools don't really take out time to see to the individual needs of the students as much as they should.

Finally, when a child is emotionally stable(free from troubles at home, bullies at school, health challenges, abuse/assault, or whatever the cause of his emotional instability may be) he will perform better because his mind which is closely related to his emotion ie both being part of the soul, will be in a better frame to perform.

in reality, there is no such thing as spot reducing e.g reducing only breast fat or bumbum fat or belly fat...loose weight overall and your breasts will follow...n if u r at a healthy weight...just love and appreciate your assets cos there isn't much u can do about it...its genetic in ds case...all d exercises u have been doing only help to tone and build up chest muscles to give ur breasts a firmer and perkier look and not to reduce d fat in dem....n again...reducing breast fat will give it a saggy and wrinkled look.fat gives the breasts their bulk and beauty
..do u really want that? ask anyone around you who has lost weight 10kg and above...they will tell u

Not all the ladies mostly the fat one likes it. If you read the post very well, the lady complain of been harassed by even the size. Please, she need help not fun right now.

Along with cardiovascular training, you should also add specific strength training exercises to your fitness routine, as this will help build and tone your pectoral muscles, which are located in your chest. These are among the best exercises to tighten up the chest muscles and help reduce breast size. You can do these exercises a few times a week at home or at the gym, but remember to keep the weight light and the repetitions high or you’ll end up building up your pectoral muscles instead of tightening them.

I am naturally very large chested (my siblings and mother are also).
I would like to know the best exercises to make my chest smaller as I have tried many exercises and only ended up making my chest larger which makes it seem very unnatural.
I'm extremely self conscious and worry as I have 4 daughters of my own who will have this problem. Can you help?
