Even Dangote cement do import spare parts with dollars and they pay some staff in dollars

The difference in what you have noted here is that all these companies import their raw materials from abroad. Dangote buys Crude in Nigeria from NNPC in dollars which makes zero sense. it is up to NNPC to change to naira denominated transaction before expecting a private citizen to do the same

I don't believe this stat. Why are most of the numbers round figures with exception of two? What's the source of their data? Lagos and Kano being the most popular states in Nigeria can't have 500k homeless each. You most find homeless people in the cities not villages.

No, i dont agree with you. Almost every human being is considered dishonest(don't want to use the word 'evil'). The best thing is to ensure that there are checks in place to ensure there is no form of stealing or at least reduce it. However, there is no denying that there is moral decline in our country and i feel it is as a result of the situation of the country because when people do not have an honest means of making money to feed, they resort to stealing. The world bank released a report that 133 million people are currently living below poverty line in nigeria, which is more thanhalf of our population.

For Instance, in Marina lagos island, the gutters are fully covered, but we see people pissing around the covered gutters leaving the whole place so smelly that you are left to think that government should just leave the gutters open
