I beg to differ. If the government, can not maintain the school properly, what assurance do you have that your "hard earned money/assistance" will not go into someones' pocket. If you have a poor foundation, no amount of decoration, addition of cement, mortar, brick etc will save your house, it will eventually collapse. The government needs to do it's job. There is no excuse for this. People pay taxes in Lagos state. NO EXCUSE.
